Stuck at last bit

so I use a VPN to download animes that Aren't avaible in my region. And I end up having the issue that the download often stops at 99% and not muxing it
Version is 4.0.1 x64

Sometimes i happend the same without VPN.... This since 4.0 versión, on 3.3.1 don't happend this...
