Sorry for seeing this late, what do you mean by minimum speed limit? You can't configure a minimum and maximum speed limit from here I am afraid. Although I might plan to add it in the future.

minimum speed limit means that the fan speed can only be adjusted to a minimum of 10%, and I feel that adjusting it to 5% can meet the hardware cooling requirements. Not urgent,

The latest PR has added the REST API, so you could go down to 5% of the fan speeds. But be careful and monitor the temperatures (especially the HD controller loves to overheat very quickly). ;)
