Announcing Jumpy2 (Jumpy, but for VS Code)

Hey, in case anyone's interested.  I have released my port of Jumpy for VS Code.

I call it Jumpy2 since "Jumpy" was taken, and has a lot of adoption.

I tried to keep parity with this version of Jumpy and I plan to keep supporting them both.
