Toolbar size not matches Owl Teams button #27

Describe the bug
The mica-style feature buttons not match the size of Teams button created by Owl
To Reproduce
If using Owl and added an Exchange account, the Teams button automatically shown up in toolbar is bigger in size than function buttons like Mail, Address Book, etc.

Expected same size for all buttons
