Inferential Distance should definitely go in our concepts. I'd recommend a different example than evolution, though.

@over2sd oh yes! I think that IS exactly what I've been trying to point to with "B floor" and "A ceiling". The "height" of the ceiling IS the inferential distance.

There is a LOT to this because it's not necessarily a convergent thing - we may diverge as you go further and narrower, and the world may never "catch up" because it took a different path
