I have two .bdf files (with identical headers) that I would like to merge. I was wondering if it's possible to do this in Cartool, and if so, would you have any advice or a suggested procedure?
Also, I would like the merged file to remain in the .bdf format.

I made the necessary changes to be able to save / export EEG files to BioSemi BDF format.
This is available in Release 5.06.06

To get back to the original question:

• Open the Export / Reprocess Tracks toolbox
• Select "Concatenate" in the options, at the bottom
• Set some file name Infix, like "Concat"
• Drag & Drop as many BDF files into the dialog
• Wait.. Processing BDF files, both for reading and writing, is utterly inefficient. But it should bring you the expected results...
