Low refresh rate on external monitor

The update to 1.14.13 did solve my Failed to map scanout buffer, on Intel using the xe driver. But now the refresh rate on the secondary display is very low. the KDE GUI tools tell me that it's at 60Hz, but I can see that it's below 20 for sure.

What can I do to help with this issue? I don't see any noise in dmesg.

Thank you for reporting this. I see something similar. We are investigating this issue.
This is connected with much lower copy time from primary gpu to evdi. I have raised an issue for xe module (https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/drm/xe/kernel/-/issues/7151) hopefully we will find a solution for that:)
