Add `Clip page` and `Clip selection` to toolbar icon

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
At the moment I have to dig through a quite long context menu to find the Clip page or Clip selection menu item, because they are located near the end. This works against the idea of making quick notes of visited websites.

Describe the solution you'd like
IMHO this functionality could be included in the popup which is shown when clicking on the toolbar icon. The popup could show these two additional buttons above the graph name (or left of the settings icon):

1. Clip page
2. Clip selection (which obviously is disabled if nothing is selected)

Describe alternatives you've considered
There is the floating button, but since I use Swift Selection Search, I think it's a no-go.

Additional context
I would also like to have the Clip page item always shown in the context menu, even if something is selected.
