[LTM & SWMH] Remove 2 modern day reservoirs from the map

[ ] Tsimlyansk reservoir (on the Don River)
[ ] Gandhi Sagar reservoir (on the Chambal river in western India, in the province of Kota)

Both SWMH and LTM need to remove these together. Thus, we need @Leybrook (kotten) to do this first, I think, as we are more readily available than he is.
