High resolution rawdata for mksurfdata_esmf #2469
Description
High res PFT data for 1850, 2000, 2015
0.05x0.05 resolution is what we supported in the past.
Add datasets to tools/mksurfdata_esmf/gen_mksurfdata_namelist.xml for hires_pft attribute.
Make sure mksurfdata_esmf works with the new data.
Add creation to the Makefile
Create a tag and then datasets from that tag.
Model resolutions finer than a quarter degree can be redone with the update.
Make a high resolution datasets at the resolution of the PFT data which subset_data can then be run over for high resolution work.
