Cannot start endstone server when windows user is disconnected #326

@RWRmrfrog

Description

@RWRmrfrog

I'm not sure if this is something that can be fixed, but windows refuses to run endstone_runtime.dll when there isn't an active session. This makes things like automatically running a script that starts the server not work when not actively logged in.
