[Template] Deprecating the Netlify-vercel template & using workflows to generate all

Hello.

With joy, I announce that I updated the templates to keep only one. This will “fusion” the other template.

I created a new workflow that allow generating the mkdocs.yml and the different files (.env, requirements.txt). I also updated the docs to get a step-by-step tutorial.

The workflows need a GH_TOKEN, so the creation steps for this token is now included in the README.

⚠️ I noticed that the file requirements_actions.txt was gitignored. If you generated the template since the update and use vercel/netlify and want generating the graph, you need:

• Removing the line from the .gitignore
• Create the requirements_actions.txt in your repo. You can take it from the template, or here:
