Make it support ExcellentEnchantments Soulbound

Soulbound its an enchantment that keep the item in players inventory. This is also an issue when it combine with EternalCombat plugin. Because Soulbound its an enchantment prevent drops and eternalcombat makes item drops when combatlog. This cause the soulbound item get remove

@akamarcustan-wq I can't reproduce this issue. Can you record us a video of this happening or check if it still happens on the latest version? Also please attach your config.yml file
