Game runs but...

When i adjust settings and load anew alias (with adjustments made to earned and awarded currency and AI Control system) it boots up with the Tag for the ExtraOptions mod so i know its running in the game but the adjustments werent taking effect like it was supposed to. Plus other issues listed in other comments.
