my .exe is not supported

appers this when i start the game, the mod is not working

Since someone already mentioned this, so I continue from OP thread:

So the so-called "1.3 English speed.exe" of file size of 5.75 MB had a problem: it won't be able to run the game in Asian languages, particularly Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, Korean, Japanese and Thai.

While the said exe cannot run the above Asian languages, there is another cracked 1.3 version able to run under these languages, however the ExOpts doesn't appeared to be supporting it, so ExOpts dev can remove this restriction?
