SWE 1.5 model frequently fails with malformed JSON / tool call parsing errors #280
Description
When using the SWE 1.5 model (currently available for free usage), I repeatedly encounter the following error:
I encountered a JSON parsing error when trying to create the page. The error occurred because I didn't provide the required CodeContent and EmptyFile parameters for the write_to_file tool.
This happens consistently across different prompts that otherwise work without issues when switching to other models.
To confirm that this is model-specific, I ran the same prompts using other available models in Windsurf, and they execute correctly without any parsing or tool-call errors.
Because of this, SWE 1.5 is currently unusable for me for tasks that involve page creation or tool calls, despite the feature being extremely promising.
