Archived repositories are still listed in the website #67
Description
If a repository has topic oss-portal-listed or oss-portal-featured it is listed in the website.
If the repo is then archived, you cannot remove the topic (unless you un-archive it), so it keeps being listed in the website.
For example: https://github.com/ExpediaGroup/catalyst-render
We should update our build script to avoid listing repositories if they are archived, even if they have the matching topic.
