Update to use lvgl-9.x.x

Thanks for making this project. Apart from a static colour bar demo, this is the first that actually builds and works for me.

I have to revert to lvgl library version 8.4.0 to make it build. Is there any chance you may have time to update the code to use lvgl-9.x.x (9.2.2 is the latest at the moment) ?
