Restore option only regards one drive when multiple are present #506

@Phx01

Description

@Phx01

Fedora Media Writer v5.0.0
Severity: Minor / Inconvenience

Issue:

Unlike the "Download automatically" and "Select .iso file" creation options, the "Restore " option does not allow selecting a device when multiple valid devices are present, neither is the restore option duplicated for each such device.

Current Behavior:

When wanting to restore one of the devices but it is not selected, one requires to

  • remove the selected device from the system, then restart Fedora Media Writer, or
  • remove all devices and then plug back in the one you want to restore.

This is due to the restore option disappearing when removing the selected device.

Suggestion / Expected Behavior:

While hiding the restore option when there is no valid device to choose from is nice, when present, the option should either be named more generically (e.g. simply "Restore") or include all valid options (e.g. "Restore (SanDisk Ultra 61.5 GB or Kingston 1 GB)") and then allow the user to select the device after clicking "Next".
