[Bug]: Load prevention or crash with another mod (Win10)

Describe the bug

If i open prism, close it and then access qol, it crashes. Same thing in reverse.
The crash says "bad allocation memory"
I've checked with multiple mods and settings by this point so im pretty sure prism is blocking QoL from working.
It does not crash or bug in android, neither w/ other modmenus such as eclise or GDH (in win10).
And individually they work perfectly fine, aside from none of them letting me rebind the [Tab] key to something else.
