Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
The infrastructure for the current Snapshot Pagination implementation seems unfinished and somewhat messy with several interfaces and implementations
Describe the solution you'd like
Needs to be refactored to make it easier for implementers of this framework to create their own implementation and override the defaults in DI
