Calculator plugin - Treat both , and . as decimal separators

On Flow Launcher, one can either configure comma, dot or system locale as the decimal separator. However it's very common for one to copy+paste numbers from different locales and as such sometimes do calculations using one or the other without changing the locale.

Describe the solution you'd like

It would be great if the calculator could treat both as decimal separator and/or ignore any thousands separator. This works like a charm in other launchers like Wox v1 or Raycast without having to configure anything, but I would be ok if the solution here involved a configuration.

I can obviously see it is wrong and edit the separator myself, but it is annoying.

Additional context

My system uses comma for decimal and dot for thousand and I cannot understand how the thousand separator works, seems like it just strips it and treats as a whole number:

This would need to be configurable given we also have #2283.
