dGPU turning back on after sleep

Consequences: This results in more heat production in the upper right side of the laptop (where the gpu cooler is located), which also causes the GPU fan to spin occasionally, and obviously more power consumption.

My MSI GF65 Same issue with Mac OS ventura 13.3.1. if you want to fix this issue just restart and then everything  is work well.

However it is not an optimal solution, I should already have a fix through the use of SSDT-PTSWAK, as soon as I have time I will push the changes.
