Login and signout loading

Context

• When logging in, there is not indication of "loading" when pressing "continue" which can lead to confusion and possibly double clicking request
• when signing out there is no loading screen and it can be confusing
• Notes: If you want to see the screen for a longer time (loading screen possibly): inspect page -> network -> change no throttling to something slower like slow 4G and log in (just make sure to revert it to no throttling after or else everything will be slow)

Requirements

• Implement a loading screen (or some sort of loading) for when logging in and signing out (talk with PM / Designer for design clarifications - specifically regarding loading for logging in (maybe just small spinner in button or full page)
