纯小白启动遇到问题 （string indices must be integers）

运行run_Windows.bat后提示报错，如下

TypeError: string indices must be integers

使用了推荐的三步问题解决法仍然没能解决问题，已经出现5天。有大佬可以帮忙看看什么问题吗？

自己跟着教程走了一遍，问题解决了。
删除了不再推荐使用的api_key.txt 和 auth.json 两个文件，就可以了。
