dependencies needs an upgrade in package.json

I am new to react native and was looking for a boilerplate. I found this boilerplate but when I downloaded it I saw that almost all the dependencies needs an upgrade. Can anyone please upgrade it to latest versions. 
I made following selections for generating boilerplate "Flow + Redux + React Native"
