Data folder does not have `shapefiles/` folder or sub-files

Hi team,

The README and the ICICLE AI documentation refer to three files located in the code/data/shapefiles/ directory. However, this directory is not present in the repository.

I was able to locate the County and State shapefiles from the U.S. Census website, but I’m not able to find the FAF zone shapefiles on my own. It would be helpful if all 3 of these files could be added to the repository, or a link provided in the documentation, so the notebooks can run as expected.

In the meantime if anyone else has a similar issue, here is where I found all 3 files online:

• https://www.census.gov/geographies/mapping-files/2017/geo/carto-boundary-file.html has a zip file that contains the cb_2017_us_county_500k.shp file
• https://www.census.gov/geographies/mapping-files/time-series/geo/carto-boundary-file.html has a zip file that contains the cb_2018_us_state_20m.shp file
• https://faf.ornl.gov/faf5/ -> 2017_CFS_Metro_Areas_with_FAF.shp can be downloaded by clicking the FAF5 Zones - 2017 CFS Geography Shapefile text
