Well, after some digging I realized the pre-built images a very very outdated by now (2024 nightly and 2022 stable). After trying out one of the latest GitHub Actions build for this board it works (almost) perfectly fine, apart from having to calibrate the touch display "upside down" for it to work and setting it to mirrored still. But hey it works :) https://github.com/HASwitchPlate/openHASP/actions/runs/21830709030 Would be awesome if "nightly" really meant nightly, as in the builds on the nightly flash website actually being the ones built on a (semi) nightly schedule to avoid confusion for other people as well. Thanks! |

Heya,
I just heard about openHASP and thought I'd give it a try, recently bought the "ESP32-2432S024R" which seems to be almost-supported as only the "Sunton 2432S02>8<R" version exists for this.
I did try this firmware on my 4R, but the display output seems to be mirrored and about 1/3 of the screen is garbled after setting the backlight GPIO to pin 27.
I also found a PR specifically for my 4R version from February 2025 (#862) however it seems to be missing from the nightly and stable builds.
Has this specific version been removed by any chance? Or would I need to compile this firmware myself to try it?
Thanks already for your help!
