Fix suflip example application #884
Description
It looks like this application has been completely forgotten, no one is using it, and no one noticed that it no longer compiles, although it can be useful for cases when you'd like to test if SRT library can be correctly linked, while compiling on an environment with a compiler that doesn't support C++11. It's also recommended that it be simply attached to other example applications and not have its own dedicated configure option.
