[YOM-581] async run doesn't replace the text when there is space

when there are space between run start and codeblock, async function doesn't work.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to '...'
2. Click on '....'
3. Scroll down to '....'
4. See error
