Add schedule charging and climate support in Canada

Hi all!

In Canada, in the Kia Connect app, we have a feature that allows to schedule charging during off-peak hours and schedule departure. This feature is currently not supported by this project in Canada and I'd like to have it added. My use for it would be, in conjunction with Home Assistant, to restrict charging during high grid demand (I have Hydro-Québec's Hilo at home and I don't want my car to charge during "challenges", and I have a dumb EVSE).

This issue comes from my issue on the kia_uvo repo, but since it has to be implemented here first, I'm creating this one. I'll probably end up implementing it myself, but this issue will serve as the base for it when I do a PR.

Here in Canada too, would love this feature and happy to test with my Kia EV9

I'm working on it, but as I was ready to finally test what I have, Kia added MFA to Kia Connect in Canada... Now I can't do anything anymore, and I don't see any issue that was created about that (it's probably new from today or something). I just created the issue myself: #1023.
