404 Not Found error, informixhosted.mybluemix.net does not exist

Hi team

When i tried to setup an Informix instance in IBM Cloud Sydney location, first came across CFS deprecation, when i got an existing user to setup a new space and tried to create Informix instance, got another error saying "Error loading parameters, 404 Not Found: Requested route('informixhosted.mybluemix.net') does not exist"

Does anyone know how this can be resolved?
