Enhancement: Make uninstaller attempt to close running programs #15
Description
Problem:
Currently the uninstaller will fail to completely uninstall VoilaTile if the configurator or snapper are running, asking user for a manual uninstall.
Proposed Solution:
Make the installer attempt to close running programs so that clean uninstall can proceed.
