Can't enter a new directory in the proxy - Mac OS

My launcher location has changed and now I need to change the directory path but no matter how many times i delete and reinstall it remembers my previous settings.

You can hold ctrl+d in main screen and will see a new button appear on the left that clears proxy's config.
