Make Opacity Slider display while color picking

Detailed description of your suggestion

Currently (version 5.0.7), the Opacity slider is linked to the painting tools (brush, eraser, bucket...), and is not displayed while the color picker is in use.

By having the Pick Color Opacity setting enabled I can color pick the opacity of pixels, but I would like to see it while I color pick to go faster, without having to release the keybind for it/change the selected tool.
