Stable Monitors by name support

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Whenever I plug in/out my iPad SideCar, the monitor id's keep incrementing and the pain to keep them in sync with AeroSpace/simple-bar increases

Describe the solution you'd like
As I don't use multiple monitors of the same name, it would be great when AeroSpace, SimpleBar and Uebersicht can sync monitors by name.
