Feature request: DataDog LLM Observability Integration

Hi,

would you be interested in a PR to integrate DataDog LLM Observability similar to the LangfuseExporter?
I would be happy to submit a PR or if you have planned this already, then I would like to add my plus one.
My implementation currently supports graph and functional strategies for DataDog LLM Obs.
Not sure if this is the direction you would go to.

@aozherelyeva Perfect, I will open up a MR as soon as I can. In the meantime I discovered some limitations of the DataDog LLM Spans which cause spans to disappear. Moreover, my current implementation is GraphFeature based interceptor which I will switch to OpenTelemetry as this is more the way to go anyway and probably what you expect.
