Improvements to widget content...
Grammar/phrasing and formatting improvements for widget content. Minor rephrasing on Atlas_Bases, Atlas_Completion, Atlas_Conquerors. Replace `<br>` with newlines in all files (and other minor newline fixes). + .markdownlint.json (config)
