New git stdout/stderr info breaks collating stacktraces in TagBotErrorReports

btw, I think we can make error handling and user feedback more actionable based on the newly visible detail

@arnavk23 for instance this one seems to make it clearer that it's refusing to tag a commit because of workflows changes JuliaRegistries/TagBotErrorReports#175 (comment) and that did helpfully already show up in the manual intervation issue JuliaApproximation/MultivariateOrthogonalPolynomials.jl#212
