Euro Sign rendering issues (U+20AC)

I got issue with rendering the euro sign:

thread 'tokio-runtime-worker' (160637) panicked at /home/milend/.cargo/registry/src/index.crates.io-1949cf8c6b5b557f/tera-1.20.1/src/context.rs:281:46:
byte index 16 is not a char boundary; it is inside '€' (bytes 14..17) of "Net Revenue (€)"

I'm not entirely sure what the issue is but I assume it will be fixed in tera 2 since this part of the code doesn't exist at all anymore. Unlikely to be fixed in tera 1 though
