Vivado file location for running tcl script in Windows 10

I was able to run the script if I copied the tcl file and the xdc path and file to
"C:\Users\XXXX\AppData\Roaming\Xilinx\Vivado"
Replace XXXX with user name.

I am using version 2022.1
