Add a findAnomalies method #243

Description

@KenEucker

The findAnomalies should search for data anomalies that might cause issues with having uniform data, specifically and most importantly tag data.

Finding anomalies should be done by checking for defects in creating tag pairs between images, but also by verifying that all of the mysteryPlayer and foundPlayer pairs match between successive tags (mysteryplayer [player1] on tag [x] should match foundplayer on tag [x-1] and foundplayer [player2] on tag [x] should match mysteryplayer on tag [x+1]).

Player anomalies can be found by searching for player with the name "undefined" and " ".

Anomalies have been found in the Denver, Seattle, and Portland games. Here are places to look at for anomalies:

https://denver.biketag.org/6 (shows a single image for both the mystery and found tags, despite two separate images exist for both).

https://portland.biketag.org/501 ( shows the same image for both, just as above)

https://seattle.biketag.org/567 ( shows the same image for both, just as above)

https://seattle.biketag.org/575 ( appears to show two images from u/kiriska when one should be from u/marinersfanscry)

https://seattle.biketag.org/player/undefined (shows a bunch of orphaned tag images, as well as bungled pairs)

This is mostly centered around finding anomalies with the Imgur source, but anomalies can/do exist in the Sanity source, as well, and finding those would be more complex though have a lower impact.
