Link of OpenVR InteractorStyle is wrong #181
Description
In the DeveloperGuide.md the link (https://github.com/Slicer/VTK/blob/slicer-v9.2.20230607-1ff325c54-2/Rendering/OpenXR/vtkOpenVRInteractorStyle.cxx) does not work as intended (404 file not found).
The link to OpenXR works as intended.
