Restructure the native plugin for Mac and iOS

Currently there is only the KAPMac Xcode Project. We should make a KAP Workspace which includes:
- KAPiOS Xcode Project
- KAPMac Xcode Project
- KAPBase Xcode Project

Or maybe this is an overkill for such a small project.
