"Mode Indicator" field missing from RMC fields #118
Description
My RMC sentences from a u-blox module include a Mode Indicator field - see "Timing RMC Message" here. This field is missing from the list of fields for the RMC class in pynmea2/types/talker.py. Not too surprising, given that it is missing from some documentation.
