Why don't "actor" and "director" pick up the movies that are tagged with them? #1570

The "actor" and "director" defaults seem erratic. I have a lot of Ridley Scott films, but it only picks up The Martian. I have checked Plex and I do see him in the Director field for other movies. I also have several Hugh Jackman films. The "actor" default makes a collection for him, but then it has zero movies in it. I have tried increasing the "depth" to see if that helps, but it does not. Any tips on how to improve results or should I open an issue? |

Found my own solution. This is caused by metadata being gathered with the older Plex agent and also the newer agent. Solution is to do a "Refresh metadata" on the library. |
