Insert or overwrite mode on commandprompt #153

I never got used to the default overwrite mode in the MSX-DOS prompt and is certainly not common these days.
We can manually activate the insert mode using the insert key, but that state will be lost after when entering a new line. Would if be feasible to invert the behavior (to default insertmode), for example by setting PROMPTMODE = INSERT as environment variable?
