Request to support new model properties Cordivari Vestalis

I have a Cordivari Vestalis Heat Pump which is not listed and tested.
I see the devices but most of the properties are not shown.
I ran your python script and attached the results.

Please see attached query, would be great if it could be added.

I deleted the tuya_heat_pump folder in /homeassistant/custom_components/ and copied the folder you sent me.
I cannot connect locally, but the cloud remains as it was

Are you sure that the file eu20ns.py exists inside the custom_components/tuya_heat_pump/models/ directory? Could you please check?

Please remove the device configuration, completely uninstall the integration from HACS, and then reinstall it. During installation, select the latest beta version from the "Need a different version?" option and try again.

If your device provides the same data points in both cloud and local modes, it should also work locally. However, your issue looks like incorrect information entered during setup.

You can download the script from the link below to scan Tuya devices on your network. There you can check whether it appears, and see its IP address, device ID, and connection protocol. You can also obtain the local key from the API Explorer:

Did you obtain this information using Tuya_dps_explorer.py?

Also, are your Home Assistant device and your heat pump on the same network?
The heat pump appears as 192.168.50.244. If Home Assistant has an address like 192.168.1.50, it may not work.

By the way, if your device was added using the cloud connection, it cannot also be added locally a second time.
Please remove the cloud entry and try adding it locally.

I deleted the cloud device and I added the local one and it works
all the sensors are ok, but only 3 controls are working, while in the cloud connection all of them were working

Alright, I can explain it like this:

Your device actually connects to the integration without any problems.
However, as you shared, in local mode the device provides only 22 data points here:
dps.json

In cloud mode, it provides many more — 58 data points — as shown here:

You can use either local or cloud depending on your needs.

I don’t know why the device developers designed it this way, but I think this behavior could potentially change with a device firmware update.

The number.vestalis_hot_water_temperature_set entity you mentioned is defined at data point 119, but it is not present in the local data point list you shared.
So your device does not allow changing this locally you need to use it via the cloud.
