[Bug] [1.9.2]: footnotes not clickable

What happened?

Hi, footnotes are exported, numbered well, in a decent layout style, and with a link. However, it just says "This page does not exist yet" if you click them. They should be internal links on the page, jumping down to the end of the note then up again to the place in the text if you click the corresponding link beside the footnote at the end of the page (anchors, I think they're called in html)

Reproduction

insert footnotes into an obsidian note with a lot of text (or which is longer than can be shown on one screen so you need to scroll. Then export via html export plugin, open in browser and try to click the footnote...
