How to use site plugin gallery-dl?

So I installed the site plugin but I see no where to put my command line options into it.

Example
gallery-dl -u "John" -p "1234" "https://chan.sankakucomplex.com/?tags=pokemon&commit=Search" -d "E:\path\to\folder" --write-tags --sleep 1 --download-archive Sankaku

fake username and password for example. gallery-dl downloads fine but I can not figure out how to use the site plugin in Hitomi.

Second question: when trying to download from site I have to log into how do I import cookie so I can download from it? I could find no import cookie option or anything for logging into site.
